Downrange Services and their local partners rapidly expanded capacity for fuel importation from an under-utilised Northern Distribution Network to become one of the largest fuel importation hubs for the region. With extensive contacts with Northern refineries, NATO spec transportation, storage assets and well seasoned western management, this new team have strategically changed the dynamics of fuel importation.
Downrange Services developed an idea to a design and succesfully constructed a number of fuel handling facilities throughout Tajikistan. Taking this further Downrange Services installed a management team with extensive fuels backgrounds to implement western management techniques and more importantly western Quality Assurance procedures.
